1. Who we are and scope of these terms. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any pest control work scheduled with Scottsdale Pest Control Pros in Scottsdale, Arizona. By using the site or booking service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services. We provide Residential Pest Control and Commercial Pest Control, including Termite Control, Insect Control, Rodent Control, Bed Bug Control, Fly Control, Wasp Control, Mosquito Control, Ant Control, Spider Control, Cockroach Control, Flea Exterminator, Yellow Jacket Exterminator, and Emergency Pest Control. Service availability varies by property type, condition, and technician assessment on site.

3. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one and applies to new appointments and website use from the time it is posted.

4. Estimates, work orders, and pricing. You receive an estimate before work starts. The technician confirms the scope on arrival and may adjust the estimate if conditions differ from what was described or discovered (for example, hidden activity, access limits, or structural issues). All pricing, fees, and any surcharges are stated in writing on your work order before treatment begins.

5. Scheduling and arrival windows. When you call us, we give you an arrival window. Timing can be affected by traffic, weather, prior jobs, safety checks, and required product drying times. If a delay occurs, we will update you as soon as we can and offer the next available window.

6. Access to the property. You must ensure safe access to all areas that need service, including gates, garages, attics, crawl spaces, sheds, and utility rooms. If we cannot enter or conditions are unsafe, we may reschedule and a reasonable fee may apply.

7. Customer preparation. You agree to follow any preparation checklist we provide for the specific pest (for example, laundering and bagging items for bed bugs, clearing under sinks for cockroaches, trimming vegetation for mosquito work). Not completing prep can limit what we can do that day and may require a return visit at additional cost.

8. Pets, people, and safety. Keep people and pets away from treatment areas as directed by the technician and product labels. Re-entry times and any special instructions are explained before we leave. Product labels and safety data sheets are available at your appointment on request.

9. Products and application. We apply products and place devices consistent with label directions and Arizona law. Outdoor work may be paused or rescheduled for wind or rain. You agree not to disturb baits, monitors, or traps we place. If devices are removed or damaged, replacement may be billed.

10. Rodents, wasps, and similar risks. Rodent control may involve traps, bait stations, or exclusion work as listed on your work order. Wasp and yellow jacket service may involve ladder work and access to eaves. The technician may refuse or modify work that is unsafe (for example, unstable surfaces, live electrical hazards, or excessive height without proper anchors).

11. Termites and structural limits. Termite Control methods (such as trenching, drilling, or foam) depend on construction type and what is found on site. We do not perform structural repairs. If we find conditions beyond pest control (rot, leaks, or construction defects), we will note them and you may need a contractor.

12. Recurring service. If you enroll in a recurring plan, it continues at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel or pause between visits by calling us before the next service is routed. Any plan-specific terms in your enrollment notice apply in addition to these terms.

13. Emergency Pest Control. After-hours or urgent service is subject to technician availability. Additional rates may apply and are stated before dispatch.

14. Commercial accounts. If you are a business, you confirm you have authority to approve work. Service logs, site maps, device counts, and visit reports, if provided, are part of the service record. Access restrictions (for example, locked areas or production schedules) must be disclosed when booking.

15. Payment. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upon completion of each visit. If an invoice is approved for later payment, you agree to pay by the due date shown. Past-due balances may incur reasonable late fees, collection costs, and interest as permitted by law. We may suspend service until the account is current.

16. Cancellations and missed appointments. You can cancel or reschedule by calling us. If you cancel or we cannot access the property after dispatch, a reasonable trip or cancellation fee may apply to cover time and travel.

17. Photos and documentation. You consent to our taking non-sensitive photos or notes of pest activity, entry points, and treatment areas for your service record and technician training. We do not publish identifying images of private interiors without your permission.

18. Your representations. You state that you are the property owner or have permission from the owner or manager to authorize service. You will tell us about any known hazards, chemical sensitivities, or special site rules before work starts.

19. No guarantees or service promises. Pest activity depends on many factors (structure, sanitation, neighboring properties, weather). We do not promise outcomes, timelines, or total elimination. Any warranty or retreat provision, if offered, will be written on your work order for that visit or plan.

20. Limits on liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of service or site use is limited to the amount you paid for the specific visit at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of use, or lost profits. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed conditions, or damage caused by pests.

21. Website use. Site content is provided for general information about our pest control services in Scottsdale, Arizona. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Using the site is at your own risk.

22. Intellectual property. The website’s text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

23. Third-party sites and tools. If the site references third-party resources, they are provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

27. Severability and entire agreement. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with any written estimate, work order, or plan terms for your job, are the entire agreement about the services described.
